We start with the free online consultation or meeting in person to learn more about who you are, how you wish to use the space, your personal style, lifestyle and aspirations. We will create a picture of the project through a site visit or floor plans and photographs as well as making sure that we understand all aspects such as time frame, budget, and any structural or administrative requirements.

After we understood the brief, we will present the concept designs to you, consisting of floor plans showing the proposed furniture and fittings layouts and mood boards presentations containing samples of all proposed finishes as well as images of suggested furniture and joinery concepts. If you wish, we can also obtain physical samples of the finishes to make sure you are completely satisfied with them. This is a very collaborative phase, and we invite our clients to give as many details, comments and feedback as possible to ensure we are on the right page and to avoid any misunderstanding.

After making sure you are completely happy with the concept stage, we proceed to the design development and detail design stage.

All final bespoke and custom-made furniture and interior architecture plans will be presented to you for approval, along with all final finishes and curated art and accessories. We pay particular attention to lighting plans to ensure they work with furniture layouts and room designs. At this stage we will also present a breakdown of costs in line with the agreed budget.

At the realisation stage, the schedule of works will be outlined and agreed. We believe in client communication and keeping the client updated at all stages throughout the project. We make regular site visits, liaising with site contractors and suppliers to ensure to ensure our designs are being carried out to their exact specifications and are implemented correctly, keeping to our agreed time schedule for delivery. We will provide you with a pdf that include the final drawing, technical details, 3D visual and specification of the FF&E in a very easy to read format where every stage and detail is explained.

We work with our clients closely to understand what exactly they want in their space. However we also know that the interior design is very subjective and sometimes it may not come as per your expectations first time round. We will make sure that the next revision will meet your expectations.
